Methodology

Facts come from Medicaid.gov and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the HHS Office for Civil Rights and the Federal Trade Commission. We do not publish payer or state rules; every payer point sends you to the payer’s contract or manual, and every state point to your state Medicaid agency. We do not publish rates, codes, costs, payment timing, collection figures or denial figures, and we do not recommend vendors. This site does not cover Medicaid enrollment, marketing, written policies, hiring or Medicare home health billing.

Every tracker item names its source, points to your payer or state, or is marked as your own planning. The tracker shows counts, not scores. Not billing, legal, tax or financial advice. Payer and state rules vary.

Our conflict of interest

Home Care Agency Blueprint sells courses and coaching to people starting home care agencies, including startup packages. That gives it a reason to encourage you to start an agency. We try to counter that by sticking to cited sources and by keeping sales copy off the guide pages; this site links only to the free clarity call. Each page links to our booking page in the header, in one booking section at the bottom, and in the footer.

Privacy

There are no sign-up or contact forms on this site. The billing tracker saves entries only in your own browser. There are no embedded videos on this site. See the privacy policy and terms on the Home Care Agency Blueprint site.
